Tai Chi continues!

Marc Desrochers continues to provide instruction in Moy Lin-Shin Tai Chi to Amherst Island on Thursday mornings.

Once again, we’re doing it OUTSIDE at the new Agricultural Society pavilion in Stella. (Last time was also very pleasant.)

The art of Tai Chi is a constant learning process of gentle exercise, suitable for all ages. It can also help you with your stretching, focus and balance.

There is a cost for these classes: $20 for 4 sessions. This covers the cost of the hall and a small monthly donation to the Canadian Tai Chi Academy

Classes are from 10 AM to 11 AM.
