This talk will be thought provoking, humourous, and will provide tangible insights that can be used immediately.
This AICMC Info Event will be presented by Isla Viscount, an Internationally Certified Yoga Teacher and Therapist.
Refreshments provided at 1:30pm by Loaves and Fishes.
