We are excited to host a Family Fishing Day event this spring. Join us for fun games, crafts, face-painting, live music, a community fundraiser, cash BBQ and, of course, fishing!

Industry professionals will be on hand with booths to showcase and share water safety tips and information on invasive species, natural habitats, impact of pollution, and much more.

Pop into the Neilson Store Museum & Cultural Centre to learn about the history of Amherst Island.

We encourage you and your family to bring a fishing rod or two, life jackets and join in the fun.

Admission: Pre-registration is required but it’s free for all to enjoy! Please note that there is a cash BBQ available and ferry crossings fares may apply depending on if you walk or drive.
