The Amherst Island Medical Clinic presents a community health and wellness information event.
Whether you’ve suffered an injury, are experiencing tension, or simply need to relax, having back pain is no joke.
Kristin Kelly, a Registered Massage Therapist, believes in the importance of combining the science of healing with the art of relaxation. Kristin will discuss the mechanics of back pain and give us some of the latest information and techniques for alleviating back discomfort.
Join us in an informative discussion about back pain and massage therapy, and learn some tips we can all use for healthier living.
Donations are always welcome.
