Please plan to attend this meeting of Your Agricultural Society for an update of this year’s activities and achievements.

The agenda will include:

• Presidents Report of the activities and accomplishments of the Society since the last Annual General Mee#ng
• Treasurers Report on the finances of the Society for the 2019 fiscal year
• Election of new Directors for 2020
• Appointment of auditors for the upcoming year;
• Approval of Board of Directors actions in 2019
• Any such further business as may properly come before an Annual General Meeting.
