Yoga with Isla
Yoga with Isla happens weekly.
This is a therapeutic style of yoga, known as Viniyoga. Isla’s training is in authentic yoga poses that can be modified for any body. They are gentle, fun and surprisingly effective.
All ages and experience welcome.
Please bring a mat and dry shoes.
