2025 Wooly Bully Races

The 13th Edition of the Wooly Bully Races will be held on Sunday, August 17th, 2025 at the farm of Dave Willard, 600 South Shore Road on Amherst Island. Please note that the ferry over to Amherst Island runs on the half hour from the Millhaven dock on Highway 33 just east of Bath, Ontario. The 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. ferries will get you to the race in plenty of time. The 9:30 a.m. ferry will not get participants to the race in time. The ferry leaves from the Stella dock on the hour. Updates will provided closer to the race date on this website and the Wooly Bully Facebook page with travel options for race day.

Thinking of taking your bicycle across on the ferry? The Race start is a 7.5km distance from the Ferry Dock on the North Shore to the race site.

The official charity of the ‘Wooly Bully Races’ is the Neilson Store Museum and Cultural Centre, located in the village of Stella on Amherst Island.
